Shipping & Fulfillment

Zone guide, free-ship thresholds, and common questions about getting your GEN delivered.

Zone guide figures are estimates. Final shipping and tax are calculated at Shopify Checkout. Tax is calculated by Shopify Tax on your ship-to zip code at Checkout.

Some items ship ice-cold / Ground; some can come today from GEN (pickup or same-day when you're in range). Those are not one order — we'll help you split at checkout, or you can ship the whole bag.
