Acceptance

By accessing the GEN Shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol products. By purchasing GENJU Soju you confirm you are of legal drinking age.

Orders & Payment

All prices in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfillment. Orders are not guaranteed until confirmed by email. Guest checkout is available via Shopify Checkout.

Shipping, Pickup & Same-Day

Ice-cold meat and pantry items ship as described in our Shipping Policy. GENJU Soju never ships: it is available for in-store pickup or same-day local delivery only (21+, valid ID required at pickup/delivery). TO-GO pickup and same-day orders are fulfilled by your selected GEN restaurant and are available anytime that restaurant is open, subject to your zip code and what that restaurant has available. Ice-cold items ship only to California and the West (Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico). Free-shipping thresholds: pantry free at $49+ in CA, $69+ in the West, and $99+ elsewhere in the US (Hawaii and Alaska excluded); ice-cold free at $149+ in CA and the West.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food and beverages, returns are not accepted. Damaged, warm, or missing items are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GEN Shop — logos, photographs, copy, product names — is owned by GEN Restaurant Management LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GEN Restaurant Management LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the GEN Shop or its products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
