Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven or air fryer to 425°F.

Step 2

Toss cauliflower with cornstarch, oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Roast or air fry for 18-20 minutes until crispy and browned.

Step 4

Plate crispy cauliflower and drizzle or serve with gochujang aioli.

Step 5

Finish with green onions and sesame seeds.
