These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gen Korean BBQ website, mobile application, and ordering services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Gen Restaurant Management LLC (“Gen Korean BBQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Services
We provide freshly prepared Korean BBQ and related food items through our App, Website, WhatsApp, Call Center, or other channels. Orders are prepared in limited batches during fixed lunch and dinner slots. Delivery is offered via our own team or third-party partners where available.
3) Account & User Responsibility
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information (name, phone number, delivery address, email, etc.).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
4) Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other supported gateways.
- We do not store your credit card or banking details.
- Taxes, delivery fees, and service charges (if any) will be clearly shown before checkout.
5) Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including (but not limited to) stock availability, delivery feasibility, suspected fraud, or operational constraints. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.
6) Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other conditions.
- You must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- If you are unreachable, the order may be left at the location or returned, and no refund will be issued (subject to our Refund Policy).
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners beyond our reasonable control.
7) Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Because our food is freshly prepared and perishable:
- Cancellations are generally only allowed before preparation begins.
- Returns are not accepted after delivery.
8) Product Information & Allergens
- We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. However, actual products may vary slightly due to the nature of fresh preparation.
- Allergen Warning: Our food may contain allergens including but not limited to dairy, soy, wheat/gluten, sesame, nuts, and shellfish. Please review ingredients carefully and contact us with questions before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to check ingredients.
9) Customer Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Harass our staff, delivery personnel, or other users.
- Attempt chargebacks without valid reason.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
10) Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, menus, images, text, designs, etc.) is the exclusive property of Gen Restaurant Management LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen Korean BBQ shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
- Issues arising from incorrect customer information.
- Allergic reactions or food-related issues where ingredients were accurately disclosed.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
