Preparation

Step 1

In a pot, sauté garlic and mushrooms with sesame oil for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add broth, Korean BBQ dipping sauce, soy sauce, butter, and gochujang.

Step 3

Simmer for about 8 minutes so the broth gets deeper and slightly smoky-sweet.

Step 4

Cook noodles separately and place into bowls.

Step 5

Pour broth over noodles and top with egg, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil.
